Cancellation Policy
We currently offer 20 minute Permanent Jewelry Appointments. We do require a $20 deposit, in order to reserve you spot. The deposit is then issued back to you as a credit towards the total purchase of your permanent jewelry on the day of your appointment. We can accommodate up to 3-4 people per appointment. ** If you have a group of 5 or more, please call prior to scheduling your appointment. ** Walk In Information: We do also offer walk in hours on a weekly basis, where you are able to just walk in without an appointment. Priority does go to those who have booked appointments, so if you are walking in please expect to wait. The wait time depends on the day but it generally ranges from minutes to about an hour. We do however encourage you to book an appointment as we can't guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your party. You can always call ahead to find out the current wait time. Hand chains are only available to those with appointments. Please expect to wait, if you are late to your appointment. If you miss your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let us know at lease 12 hours in advance. Any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for deposit refund.
